“I love the straw hat I bought, but was disappointed with the way it was packaged, sent in a plastic bag. The hat now has creases in it. I would have expected it to be packed in a box for shipping.”

Hi Lou - we're so sorry to hear about how your hat arrived to you :( We always try to take as much precaution as possible to ensure this doesn't happen, packaging hats with a plastic insert to keep the shape. But we understand your frustration and will endeavor to look into a way to fix this. We are so sorry again, but are glad to know that you love your hat regardless xx

“I had ordered 5 swimsuits for my daughter. Her feedback is that she is very pleased with all of the selections however for the two sunsuits we ordered she would have liked for them to have the same consistency/feel. She describes one as light and very comfortable and the other heavier and not as comfortable. Not sure how that could be included in the product description but there is definitely a difference in how the material feels. Very happy with the website ordering experience and how quickly the order was shipped.”

“Swimwear Galore are one of the most customer focused companies I've had the pleasure to deal with. I've just made my second purchase within the last 12 months and they continue to show a highly professional approach in dealing with the customer at every point of the sales process... no problem to answer questions in a timely manner. Delivery is prompt and free over a certain price point, and returns are free... not many companies I know of care for the customer at the level. All in all... don't buy your swimwear from anyone else online... buy it from Swimwear Galore. You will be delighted with the experience.”

“Honestly, i was getting REALLY close to not having a swimsuit (kind of awkward on the Great Barrier Reef... I was growing frustrated by not being able to get to my usual outlet (thank you Covid) and happened to find this outlet while scrolling through the internet...WHAT A FIND!! An amazing range of options and i was pleasantly surprised by the prompt delivery... I will happily be buying again - Thank you !!”
