I am utterly disappointed with the support team of the Swiss-Trade app. Despite my repeated attempts, I have been unable to get any assistance from Swiss-Trade live agents through chat. My issues with order disputes, related to order
numbers 1810413416543465472, 1809984123983331328, and 1809962479753895936, remain unresolved for days.
My assets have been frozen for an extended period, and the users involved are unresponsive. The lack of support and guidance from the Swiss-Trade team has made an already frustrating situation even more distressing.
Edit : Swiss-Trade was really angry when they learned that I reported them to FOS TERBOO N . ORG, because they sent me a message claiming they will resolve my problem after several months.
