“I ordered a mini split kit. Waited7 days for info. Nothing. When I searched my original confirmation, it said order cancelled. I went to the chat, Gary told me it was cancelled because the wrong price was on the order. So, not only did they cancel my time sensitive order without notice or offer the correct price. But the chat disconnected me after they said the charge will drop off eventually. No apology nothing. Bad business Boooo”
