Dreadful. Received email that our variable rate is ending. Although symbol has other rates, email said our new rate would be 59% higher from August 1st. Tried three times to phone symbio customer service but each time after 15 minutes listening to their 'guitar noise' get a verbal to leave a message. Customer service appears none existant. Website chat has also been removed. Consequently there is no means of selecting a new symbio tariff. We will immediately look to change supplier because we will not accept a 59% kW increase in price and contacting symbio customer sevice seems none existant.”
“Wasn't informed that Symbio Energy bills me for the electricity I'm going to use in the next month before I use the electricity. So I have to pay way more in the first months to build up a buffer. The estimation of useage is very much in the companies favour. If they go bankrupt I'm going to loose money.”
