“Absolutely shocking how they keep getting away with causing extra damage and stealing/swapping parts of vehicles we purchase and then saying read the terms and conditions... they must accept responsibility for the yard people damaging or swapping/stealing things on vehicles . At least compensating for the repairs if proven the damage wasn't on at point of sale with the pictures they take to sell them. Had another vehicle I bought this week turn up with the side damaged where the fork lift had been bouncing round yard and even clear as day on sale pictures there wasn't one mark...they refused to accept liability and stated terms and conditions but gave a 150 good will gesture for damage that is going to cost anywhere from 600- to over a thousand to fix and all this extra is on top of the damage it was only meant to have when bidding.
