“TCMBST has some pretty cool ideas and I love how most of their products come with a video showing you how to do the install or explaining more about the product. Some of the products they sell do seem to be a little expensive for what you're getting, however, some products (such as the door cleanup kit) I couldn't find anywhere else online either.”
“These lights are great, shipping was as fast as Amazon, quality seems good and love the fact you can switch to amber DRLs without paying an extra 200 like morimotos. I did have an issue on arrival, the DRL hook up was backwards so the DRL was not functioning. Took me a while to figure it out but just take the connection out of the housing and actually flip the metal prongs to reverse polarity. Besides that output is great, they are head turners and no one has them in San Diego as off writing this. Def recommend. Quick tip , when you replace headlights , wrap your new ones in UV 3m to prevent chips and yellowing.”
“Good product. Just one thing, I live in Hawaii, shipping is always an issue so usually I go with Amazon. After ordering your product the shipping line said "FREE". So I paid for the product in full. The next day I get an email saying shipping will cost me something like $104. Really? I guess I didn't see the fine print saying Hawai'i shipping would be calculated later. I guess the definition of FREE is a bit different then mine. Maybe put TBD as in To be determined instead of free. Just a suggestion as I paid $100 shipping for a product that cost $200. Other than that I got good service but that "FREE" but not really got me a bit upset and felt like I was being scammed. Change your policy”

“So far I’ve ordered 3 items from TACOMABEAST, and every one of them has had some level of disappointment. The CaliRaised switch plate was garbage. It had aluminum oxidation on both sides. The RAM mount ball through you doesn’t have screws, but from another company it had both screws and the shock plate for the same price. The 3TPAM took twice as long to arrive because nobody contacted me to let me know it couldn’t be sent to a PO Box. Weird since the other 2 items were sent to my PO Box, and if I hadn’t reached out and contacted you I’d still be waiting for it. Listen, I really like that you’re trying to help Tacoma owners while continuing to build your business, but you really need to concentrate on the customer experience. I’ll probably give you one more chance when I decide on my rock sliders in the near future, but if that order gets messed up it will be the last time.”
“Orders went out a little slow from multiple locations but they got to me.
Customer service took almost 24hrs to get back with me. By then I had self diagnosed the issue and fixed my problem.”

“Shipping was extremely fast, extremely impressed with the tail lights. My only gripe with them is the fact that the housing was sealed shut, and there can be no maintenance done, meaning when the very lack luster reverse lights eventually die, I’ll have to get new taillights. Other than that, extremely impressed.”
