“What a great little company, I am glad I found you and I will be ordering from you again. I brought a crossbow bundle from tactical archery and it was delivered within 24hrs. A target that was part of the bundle was out of stock due to a late delivery, I was contacted by customer services within a couple of hours of placing the order to say they will be shipping the crossbow today and the target would be sent in a few days with tracking information. True to their word I received my bow the following day and the target arrived very soon after. Great communication from the company all the way through the process, I would very much recommend this company to anyone that is into archery and values good customer service.”

“I've been using T.A online for around a year now and I've made a number of purchases from them including crossbows and bows plus arrows and darts for all my bows and I can honestly say I have never once had reason to have second thoughts about using this company . The guys there are 2nd to none when it comes to customer service and nothing is too much trouble when it comes to ensuring you go away as a happy customer , I will give one example One of the guys I was in contact with thru email sent me a few freebies and not because they did anything wrong it was simply just to keep a happy customer happier still . Trust me these guys are great and will take care of you from the min you order right up to when ever you need them even if it's just for advice about your purchases there is no take your money with one hand and wave goodbye with the other hand with these guys . I very seldom leave reviews and only if someone is deserving of the good or bad review but these guys earned and deserve a good review .”

“Hey just wanted to say I got a present from tactical Archery I called them a couple of days ago saying I had lost the handle for my EK archery crank for my 410+ then I found it somewhere in the house so called back again and said cancel but they still thought I should have an extra one and sent it out to me anyway so really nice thanks again”

“Very happy with the high level of service. Package was delivered on time and undamaged. Looks great! Customer service is very good at responding and helping with anything. Haven’t had time to test the bow yet, but the company and product came recommended from a friend who was happy, so I’m confident.”

“Bought a jag 2 crossbow, kit arrived quickly and with no biys missing. I had trouble cocking the crossbow so contacted the tactical archery team. They responded quickly and even sent a video of a better way to do that the crossbows own manual didn't know. Would buy from again”
