“I had a problem with an order I received, it wasn’t Suitable and they immediately offered me replacement or refund. I couldn’t ask for anything better. I will now always use them first”

“A very straight forward and no hassle company. I had no problems with locating the item I wanted on their website because it is very easy to use. Very quick shipping on items also which is a bonus and if you have any questions, someone is on hand to answer your questions very quickly. I would definitely recommend Tactical Archery and will be using them for all my Archery needs”

“What a great little company, I am glad I found you and I will be ordering from you again. I brought a crossbow bundle from tactical archery and it was delivered within 24hrs. A target that was part of the bundle was out of stock due to a late delivery, I was contacted by customer services within a couple of hours of placing the order to say they will be shipping the crossbow today and the target would be sent in a few days with tracking information. True to their word I received my bow the following day and the target arrived very soon after. Great communication from the company all the way through the process, I would very much recommend this company to anyone that is into archery and values good customer service.”

“I've been using T.A online for around a year now and I've made a number of purchases from them including crossbows and bows plus arrows and darts for all my bows and I can honestly say I have never once had reason to have second thoughts about using this company . The guys there are 2nd to none when it comes to customer service and nothing is too much trouble when it comes to ensuring you go away as a happy customer , I will give one example One of the guys I was in contact with thru email sent me a few freebies and not because they did anything wrong it was simply just to keep a happy customer happier still . Trust me these guys are great and will take care of you from the min you order right up to when ever you need them even if it's just for advice about your purchases there is no take your money with one hand and wave goodbye with the other hand with these guys . I very seldom leave reviews and only if someone is deserving of the good or bad review but these guys earned and deserve a good review .”

“Great customer service. Ordered a starter compound bow set and some extra arrows for my son. Bow arrived quickly but the extra arrows didnt. I emailed them, got a rapid and positive response about sending out more - the replacement arrows (plus some extras!) arrived asap, which I was delighted about. About 10 days later, the original arrows arrived - I offered to pay for these, but they said no. Great service and fast to respond!!”

“Great company. Happy to help when i wanted to change my order an add on some stuff. Extremely helpful when i was unable to pay in full an held my order until i could pay in full. Had some bank issues, on my side NOT thiers. Were very patient and helpful helping me get it sorted. Order was here in 2-3 days as promised and very happy with the product. AR-6 STINGER 2 is a lot of fun an has a great punch. Going for the bigger arm soon! ? Thanks guys”

“What a great company to deal with, bought 2 handheld crossbows from them and when i recieved them couple of days later i noticed one of them had small defect and when i contacted their customer service they were amazing, replaced the part in the next days post, i would happily have given them 10 stars bc compared to some companies customer services these days they were so helpful and i actually managed to speak to a real person and not a bot or Indian call centre, so thanks so much and have recommended you to friends.”
