“Before I decided to order from this company I sent an email with a question about one of their products. No response. I decided to place an order anyway but the order was delivered damaged. One of the lids had partly come off and so the tahini had leaked. Messy! I sent an email to the company intending to return the damaged parcel and believing they would resend another. Again as each day goes by they have decided not to respond. They are obviously happy to receive orders but not engage with customers or replace damaged items.”
