“awful company i put an order in 29th october 2025 which said was in stock and i still have not received my items and it is now march 2026 £464 worth. tried email and phone but nothing not even a reply disgusting company AVOID”

“Late delivery Customer service is appalling. Returned item, then had to chase the refund which they withheld for over 10 days. Not a company I would ever deal with again. After sales support is key to running a successful business, so many companies, this one included seem to concentrate all efforts on selling products and nothing on dealing with issues, simple returns etc.”

“Unable to comment as we’ve still not received our order. I was advised on the 12th March 2024 after contacting you to find out where my order was, it would be delivered on the 13th March 2024, it hasn’t arrived yet. I was notified it had been dispatched and should have arrived next working day that was on the 6th March 2024.”
