“I requested additional information before ordering a replacement Vitra toilet seat. I found the sales department was very helpful in answering my query. I placed an order and was advised that the item had been dispatched on a Friday for next-day delivery. The courier service was Evri. The following Wednesday I received an email at 1237 saying that my delivery would arrive between 1200-1400. Not a great deal of notice. The bottom line, the product is first class. The courier service leaves a lot to be desired”

“Very good quality product, (Tavistock Compass cupboard), delivered promptly, well packaged in perfect condition. Delivery was on the expensive side, but one of the penalties of living in the South West.”
