“ Late delivery Customer service is appalling. Returned item, then had to chase the refund which they withheld for over 10 days. Not a company I would ever deal with again. After sales support is key to running a successful business, so many companies, this one included seem to concentrate all efforts on selling products and nothing on dealing with issues, simple returns etc. ”
