“Ordered an item, and was then contacted after the transaction had gone through to say the item was no longer available. I was offered an alternative with partial refund, which I accepted. When the replacement item arrived it was damaged. I sent photos and was then offered a collection and refund of the replacement item. While these things were organised quickly I have still not received the refund for the difference in price between the two items, or the refund for the replacement item and it has been four weeks. I have had no responses to several emails regarding the refund which is for over £100. I would avoid using this company in the future.”

“Good price of the item. Although high delivery cost and lack of communication on delivery eta. Email sent to me that item has been delivered two days after it actually happened. So improvement required here. Anna”

“No initial delivery on time. Guaranteed priority delivery- failed. Asked to cancel order- failed. Returned to store for refund- failed. An absolute joke of a company. Will be getting solicitors involved.”

“Great product prices, however delivery not great, especially when they charge £10.00 next day and it takes near to a week to deliver.”

“Worst company to deal with. Take no responsibility and always blame suppliers. They are a middle man and dont hold stock. you will wait weeks for a delivery. I would suggest paying more and getting a better service. I would avoid this company unless failure is your thing. Phone lines only available during 9-12 and 2-4pm”
