“The thick and soft wool it is made of is really warm, and sleeping on the sofa, still dressed and almost wrapped in it is somehow sweeter and more relaxing than in the bed with my pajama under a duvet. Moreover, the warm greetings the blanket has came accompanied by made it a "family matter", instead of a formal seller-and-buyer one. Last, but not least, the blanket arrived from Scotland to Italy two days after my order! What a customer service!”

“The scarf is a Christmas present so is still in box but the order came when you said it would and to where I wanted it delivered to. Was kept fully up to date with delivery. No problems.”

“I am so happy I stumbled across the Tartan Blanket Company. They do an amazing array of colours in wool blankets (not just tartan!), knee throws, and scarves, and the wool blanket is super cosy and really stylish colour. Lovely staff, and when I bought my blanket they were also donating 5% to Social Bite. I would totally recommend!”

“Bought one of the lovely recycled wool blankets as a housewarming present for a couple. It arrived beautifully packed, it is all about the details! I fell in love with it and will now order one for myself!! ok, maybe not just one.. Thank you!”

“I have purchased items before & they are always of an excellent quality, the care you & your staff take in wrapping & boxing the items is outstanding & helps to make these items special gifts at this time of year, as these are Christmas gifts I cannot say how the recipients feel about them yet, although they have always commented on the scarves etc we already own. “Well, I ordered two blankets, late at night, when i happened upon your advert. I mistakenly opted for collection, but this was so obviously impossible that I received an email asking if this was correct. Despite it being my fault, the order was despatched by post immediately. I received my blankets very quickly, and they came beautifully packaged. The candy cane was literally a sweet touch! The blankets are beautiful;I have one on my bed and it brings back memories of a childhood pre-duvet! The whole experience felt very personal, but I'm sure you're excellent service is the same for everyone. Thank you, I will be ordering again xx”

“We just happened across this company after my mother, who has dementia and is in a care home, declared “I want a plaid blanket!” What was THAT? Anyhow, good old google told us and I saw some images from The Tartan Blanket Company. Dad was happy with the way they looked, so we ordered two. They came beautifully packaged and the blankets themselves were quite stunning! Thick and well made - a fine “plaid” blanket if ever I’ve seen one! So thank you to The Tartan Blanket Company for making an old lady very happy - and warm!”

Hello Corinne, Thanks for letting us know. Not to be worried just yet. We shipped your parcel out by Airmail. Today would have been the first day due for delivery. Airmail is usually 5-7 working days but is taking longer at the moment due to high volumes. If the parcel doesn't reach you by the end of the week, I'd perhaps be concerned. We'll check in and make sure you have it at the end of the week ~Rachel
