“Product, packaging and delivery were all excellent however one improvement that could be made is upon check out. Giving the customer an option to add a gift card message would be useful. I purchased the item as a gift and the receiver had no idea who it was from.”

“The ordering process is generally easy on the Tartan Blanket Co. website. I have yet to receive my order as of yet but I would like to add that I sent an email several days ago asking for a tracking number to no avail. The email that requests this survey states the following: Have you received your goods? Yes - Please write your review by clicking on the link below No - don't panic! It's on it's way. Track your order first, then write your review after it arrives. I am confused that I never received a tracking number, yet it is stated " No - don't panic! It's on it's way. Track your order first, then write your review after it arrives."”

Hey David, Good catch - we should probably improve the wording there and I'll get on that today. Not all orders are sent tracked as it's not always possible to track international orders. However, we're still right on schedule for your order, you should receive it within the next couple of days. Fergus

“Really pleased with my tartan blanket made from recycled wool. It arrived promptly and was nicely packaged. I would recommend Tartan Blanket company to anyone, and would definitely buy from them again. Thank you.”

“Very warm and thick. Perfect for this weather. I love the colour, too. Great customer support. I was out of country for 10 days, so I requested to hold my package for a week or so. It arrived the day after I came back from overseas trip.”

Thanks for taking the time out to leave us a review! Because we wrap all of our blankets in tissue, finish them off with a sticker and pop them a lovely TBCo. gift box, we don't offer gift wrapping as we think they already look lovely as a gift! We're currently working on new ways to do this, especially for our smaller items like Scarves or home accessories! ~ Jayde.

“My world has changed. I made my order and settle in for a long wait as it is shipped to Australia but lo and behold, 5 days later a package arrives at my door. I loved the way it was packaged, so simple but effective. The products are INCREDIBLE, so warm and soft. I am so excited to wear/use them and really appreciate your quality products. I have been raving about them to my friends and fully intend to make more purchases in the future. Thankyou!”

“Fast delivery, nice looking shipping box! Colours of the blanket just a hint duller shade of mustard than what I expected based on website but wool good quality feel. Very happy with purchase.”

We do try to make sure that all of the photographs on our website are true to colour, but due to different monitors all having different settings they can sometimes appear slightly different from screen to screen. “I love my blanket. The ordering process was very easy and smooth and communication in the run up to receiving the blanket was excellent. It sits happily in my lounge and I now have my eye on a scarf”

“Excellent customer service: the item was quickly delivered and came in a great box and beautifully wrapped . I love the superb quality of the wool : the blanket (perfect size) is very comfortable and warm. Ideal to watch TV on a cold and rainy winter evening.”

“We love our tartan blankets they are beautiful quality and are washable, an important factor for our needs. We bought two blankets as sofa seat covers. A little extravagant but our two cats have marked our sofas with paw prints.”

“We were very pleased with the blankets we recieved from you , very fast delivery, packaging was first class. faultless. The only thing which was that the blankets were darker in colour than what the picture shown on your web site, but that can be expected and is not really a problem as the blankets were beautiful.
