I'm sorry to hear there was a problem with your shipping. I see that this order left the same day as the order was placed, I do apologise if it was delayed somewhere else along the line. This is not typical of our fast couriers. I hope that now you have your blanket you find it to be perfect for you and that you'll get many years use from this. ~Rach

“The quality of the rugs was so poor they are unfit for purpose As far as I cld see there was no method for returning FOLLOW UP I have to say that the response I received from The Tartan Blanket Co after they read my review was exceptional. They wrote to me....took the goods back at no cost to myself....refunded my payment and sent me a very nice, good quality gift . I will recommend them to my friends and hope to use them in the future. WELL DONE TO ALL INVOLVED”

As you know we continue to stock the blankets you had ordered as they are really popular and we just love the tartans that are available in. However we have edited the description to make it really clear they are made from a lighter weight wool.
