“I was traveling in Scotland and hoping to buy an economically priced wool blanket. I discovered the Tartan Blanket Company online and was curious about the quality of their affordable recycled wool blankets, so I sought out the store itself in Edinburgh, which led me out of the tourist center and into an interesting local area. As it turned out, they only do online sales, but were very friendly and had recycled wool blankets on hand. I was impressed with the quality and left with a beautiful blanket. Thanks for offering this excellent product at such a reasonable price, and for being so helpful in person!”

“I ordered my Tartan Blanket from the US and it was shipped not even 24 hours later. The package arrived in immaculate conditions. The blanket itself is of excellent quality with a real personal touch to it. I was extremely happy with how the blanket turned out, as well as the efficiency and communication of the Tartan Blanket Company. I will most certainly be ordering more items in the future. I highly recommend!!”

“Quick dispatch and great service and beautiful blanket. This was bought as a gift for nephew and bride to be in New Jersey. I greatly appreciated that I could send a gift card with it and it was posted direct to them, saving me a lot of trouble as we do not have a post office nearby nowadays. Also, I had been given the wrong street number for their address and seen from the tracking details that the delivery man had managed to work out where to take the parcel despite the large difference in the street number. Much obliged.”

“I ordered two knee blankets most recently. They arrived safely and are exactly what I ordered and expected. The box and tissue paper is a nice touch. I've now bought a number of items from TBC and my shopping experience has been okay (as it should be). However the one beef I have - and I've stopped asking, but haven't forgotten - is that TBC steadfastly refuse to give overseas buyers, like myself (in Australia) the benefit of the 20% VAT discount which, under UK legislation, they are supposed to. It's a small and rather mean thing to do, as it could buy TBC the goodwill of repeat custom. So I only buy from TBC if they have a specific product I can't get elsewhere.”

Hi there, thanks for your feedback. The prices for our website reflect the country that you're shopping from and will include all taxes and duties related to shipping to that location. For example in the UK the price you see will include VAT and for shipping to Australia we send our items with all taxes and duties paid. We did this on the feedback of customer who had been asked for further payments locally upon delivery. We aim to make the shipping experience as smooth as possible with no delays or unexpected charges for the customer. I hope this helps explain our pricing and I hope you'll continue to use or store. “Well Team, What can I say I ordered the Spiced Mustard Throw and YES it was exactly what I wanted. As if you had read my mind. This was not my only order from you and all have been fantastic.
