“I needed to order a blanket for next day delivery, I had missed the cut off time online, however I called Head Office and the woman I spoke to was amazing! She said we could sort over the phone and she sent within the hour! She was so friendly and really made an effort to get this to me on time. I really appreciated the extra customer service and the blanket is absolutely beautiful, in quality and style. Thank you!”

“The scarf (a cachemere Black Scotch Tartan) was really corresponding to the pictures on the website: actually even more beautiful, with its dark blue going into a deep violet, and its amazing texture which made me very happy. One thing I would have liked: knowing WHERE it has been produced and with what kind of wool, as this is not specified on the website, nor in the parcel/on the label. I love the scarf!”
