“The young lady I placed my order with at The Tartan Blanket Co was extremely helpful; polite and had excellent customer service skills. Her product knowledge was second to none and although this was my first order with TBC I felt like a valued customer of many years. This was my first order with TBC but it certainly won't be my last. The quality of the blankets I ordered is excellent and the colours are exactly what I expected; so vibrant and the Buchanan Autumn Tartan will definitely compliment my sitting room colour scheme. The MacKenzie Tartan was bought as a gift and I know the the person for whom it was purchased will just adore it. Thank you to all at TBC.”

“I was searching for a beautiful wrap/shawl for my upcoming wedding this fall. I purchased two beautiful options. They arrived "across the pond" in a timely fashion, neatly folded and boxed in understated branding. I will definitely be purchasing more items in the future!”

“I ordered a knee blanket to be sent as a gift to a family member. After I submitted my order I started to worry that my gift message didnt go through as there was no confirmation of it at the end of the order. I emailed the hello@ address just to make sure and by the next morning I had a lovely and very thoughtful message from Samatha who assured me that she had put a handwritten note in with my gift. I can not remember if I have ever experienced such thoughtful customer service during my many online shopping ventures as I did from Samantha! Parcel also arrived when it was supposed to and the receiver was thrilled. Recommed The Tartan Blanket Co 110%!”

“I received the shawl very quickly, I was surprised by that since I have ordered other items from the UK and it always seemed to take almost a month to receive the goods. This shawl is absolutely beautiful , the quality is excellent . The colours are vivid, the material is soft and warm.”
