“I discovered your web site a couple of weeks ago on a google search for tartan scarves.I was immediately hooked by the cool fresh look to it and drawn in.So different from the usual sites you come across selling tartan products.The items are displayed in a modern up to date way and shout out buy me at you.I have already purchased three scarves from you and was delighted when they arrived packed to perfection and beautifully presented in a tartan edged box.I will definitely be coming back to purchase more in the future.Also having spoken to Rachel a couple of times on the phone i have to say that she is a joy to talk with and a credit to your company.You guys have made buying tartan cool and i wish you every success with your venture.”

“I found this website purely by chance when googling for a checked throw. I took a chance and placed an order on a Tuesday evening and the throw arrived on Thursday, beautifully boxed and exactly what I wanted. A lovely product at a great price. Beats the high street versions hand down!”

“The blanket was exactly the colour that it was displayed. Delivery was very fast, I ordered on Thursday and it was over the ocean and in Canada on Tuesday!!!! Exactly what I wanted!!!”

What a shame it wasn't quite right for you. We try our best to make the pictures accurate and occasionally it doesn't quite look right on your screen (NB it will for most). Always happy to give advice on colours if unsure. I see we upgraded your shipping to the fastest option. Unfortunately given it's the Highlands this worked against us. It's always a shame when your trying your best to help and it doesn't quite go right. So sorry to have caused any problems. I see Sam is looking after you for a refund and return. “I needed a couple of Tartan Blankets in a hurry (as you do). Found two which fitted the bill and they sent them pretty quickly. And this after Christmas and the New Year. Very Impressed and they kept me informed as to what was happening.”

“Very warm blanket - its color is not bright as the photo showed but its fine, I like it. I supposed the blanket was more soft but it's ok all the same. The packaging was perfect.”

Hi Gaggini, We're really pleased you're happy with the blanket even though the colour is not quite what you had been expecting. The one you've gone for is made from 100% new wool, its not quite as soft as one of our lambswool or cashmere versions, it might be worth checking these out on the website to see if they're more suitable - Sam

“My blankets arrived in France within 48 hours of placing the order and they were beautifully wrapped. As they say........ 'first impressions count'! I purchased a classic wool blanket in natural Buchanan tartan and a Lifestyle new wool blanket in English mustard herringbone. They complement each other beautifully. We live in a very cold, alpine house so not only do they look gorgeous but we are warm and cosy too. Thank you for a great service and lovely product.”
