“We ordered from the TBC because they appeared to be rated highly on customer service; also we thought their packaging looked very special compared to similar companies. We were more than happy with the service we received- our parcel got held up in the USA but Rachel and Sam kept on track and did their utmost to make sure that everything went smoothly and that we were kept informed. The beautifully wrapped parcel arrived safely and our niece and her husband really liked their wedding present. Thank you, everyone at the TBC, you are the best!”

aww thanks Phyl! It was absolutely no problem keeping you updated. Post around Christmas time can be really slow and it can be a worry when items are late. “I was ry satisfied with the service I received from The Tsrtan Blanket Co and would have no hesitation in recommending the company to my friends, in fact, I have already done so. The choices were made very clear on the website,I was able to see for myself the difference in several products at the premises in Great Junction Street and the assistant could not have been more polite and helpful. I will be back.”

“I bought an English Mustard Herringbone wool blanket from TBC and I love it! The quality is fantastic and it looks great in my living room. I also bought 2 Natema Glass Star candlesticks, which look great on my fireplace :) Thank you, I will definitely be buying more!”

“I ordered on Wednesday 21st Dec and called the office to find out if it would be delivered in time for Christmas I found the person I spoke to extremely helpful and my blanket arrive just two days later. Fab friendly service and really lovely staff. Top marks”
