“Sadly I wasn't too happy with this product it looks amazing however the wool is very itchy and it has a strong smell - perhaps dye? I'm not sure”

What a shame you weren't too happy. Some wool (including ours) has a smell from the lanolin found in wool. It's perfectly natural and does come out with airing and a wash if necessary. I'd be happy to arrange an exchange or refund if you'd like one ~Rachel
