“I had seen one on a blog and feel in love. I researched and purchased from the Tartan Blanket co. My first order was quick, but someone switched at customs. I sent an email on Sat. got a response on Monday and on Thursday it arrived. I live in US, wow that was fast. And when I opened I was just floored at how much better in person it was. Beautiful colors, soft, nice weight. Now I want 2 more. When you order from another country you never know, but Best experience ever. Thank you! Carrie Welborn”

“Arrived very promptly in nice box and tissue paper. As it will be a gift I don't have much wrapping to do. Colours in the rug are nicer than on screen.”

“My lambswool blanket scarf arrived this morning and I adore it. The wool is soft and the colours are gorgeous. It is lovely and large and just as I had hoped it would look and feel. “Not exactly happy, but a (temporary?) solution. Wool blankets are needed as a replacement of old ones stolen (long story) but these were not the quality I have in much older ones. Also, my daughter, for whom I bought them, cannot tolerate smells, so every day I have to put them on the washing line and try to eliminate the smell. I fear this will take a very long time, so they will not be used until the 'smell' has gone. I imagine you have better 100% wool blankets, but at a much higher cost.”

Hi Jill, Thanks for letting us know. What a shame your daughter can't use it fully just yet. We have tested a wash on these blankets and you can pop them in on a cool wash. Full directions here: http://tartanblanketco.com/pages/care-for-your-blanket The smell on these is a result of the natural lanolin from the wool.
