“The most aggressive developer in Kyiv. It is impossible to conduct a dialogue. If you paid money to them, then you are a prisoner of the situation. I do not advise anyone to buy apartments in this company.”

“Recently I was near a construction site and took a photo. If you take into account the fact that the money was taken from me in the fall of 2021, then as of May 2024, ridiculously little work has been done, if it can even be called the construction of a residential building. Like other investors, they simply ignore me, do not let me into the office, because they are tired of me and my claims.”

“З цим житловим комплексом склалася дуже жахлива ситуація. Забудовник прямо погрожує своїм інвесторам кримінальними справами за те, що вони ставлять запитання про причини перенесення терміну та пропонують компромісні рішення. Ненормально, що у 2024 році це можливо у цивілізованій країні. Будь ласка, зверніть на це увагу, перед покупкою і у кого така ж ситуація, обов'язково напишіть відгуки, щоб компанія змінила своє ставлення до клієнтів.”
