Multiple last minute cancelations leaving you stranded.
Not a 24/7 help service as claimed.
No refund received after multiple assurances made which turned out all to be lies and company does not refund , business model of taking payments before they cancel your taxi.

Travelled from Glasgow, pre booked 2 taxis for 9 of us
Got told they both broke down enroute to collect us, full payment taken and will be 3 days to refund
Do not use this company.

The first night was great, altho we realised pretty early on that we'd overpaid. The second night we received a cancellation from the driver so we had to pay for another taxi even tho we'd pre paid stupid amount for a taxi. Apparently we'll get a refund, so fingers crossed!

Otherwise i would say i got scammed as i paid up front, no confirmation email or correspondence, received a phone call today claiming a taxi was on its way to me (even though i booked it for next week). No recourse etc

DO NOT BOOK !! STAY AWAY the pre booked taxi never arrived . WAITED 30 MINUTES FOR A CAR. WAS ADVISED BY CUSTOMER SERVICE I WOULD RECEIVE A FULL REFUND. WHEN I DID NOT RECEIVE THE REFUND AND RE CONTACTED THE COMPANY THEY REFUSED TO HONOUR THE REFUND !!!!

I had to cancel because your site was not working properly: I tried to book for november the 2nd in the morning (I even manipulated the little clock's hands on your site) and I was booked automatically for the next day at noon ! My refund demand has been refused according to company policy!!!!!!!!
