Utter useless. Made a booking. They failed to confirm if a driver had been assigned. So I called them and was told it was confirmed and would receive a confirmation. Nothing sent. Called back and then was told booking was cancelled (this was 20-minutes before scheduled pick up). Do not use this service unless you enjoyed wasting time.

Abysmal service, paid in advance foe a return trip to and from a wedding,and had taxis confirmed. No taxi turned up, just lots of messages saying car was on it's way, before a final message saying no taxis were available. Left stranded at midnight miles from my accommodation. After several calls and messages I was refunded about half of what I paid up front. Make your own arrangements, do not trust this company.
1 star is one too many.

The phone number for the allocated taxi company was incorrect leading me to believe it was a scam
The driver failed to turn up, eventually I found out they had gone to the wrong terminal, I was advised to get a taxi from the rank & was told it would be cheaper than their service.

We have been badly exploited by their customer service representative who has taken advantage of a "no refund policy on their advanced bookings" to take £281 from my bank account, for a booking made but cancelled within 15 minutes of booking due to a misunderstanding from reading their website as to what type of vehicle was being supplied
Taxicode Agent said "you will lose your money as we have a no refund policy" I responded we had only just made the booking 15 minutes earlier so why would we need to pay £281 as a penalty for not understanding their website.

I wanted to amend my booking about an hour after it was made, they said it was non refundable and i had to cancel, it then took two hours to change it using the number provided and ended up costing me £180 instead of £130, which would be the same as quoted through the website. Terrible customer service, will never use again and will actively discourage others.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Terrible service; mainly the ridiculous cancellation policy which is like nothing I've ever encoutered before with other companies. No one returned my call so I could never speak to anyone in order to try and amend the booking, which I then cancelled, only to lose 90% of the fee. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

1. Insisted on a “large” (ie: more expensive) vehicle to carry 4 adults.
2. Outrageous cancellation charges (just 10% refund despite cancellation five days in advance)
3. When tried to rebook to avoid cancellation fee was only presented with even more expensive options, or two cars for four people. Ridiculous.
4. Hugely unhelpful customer service.
Do not use. Trust me, book elsewhere. Save yourself the hassle and expense.
