I just left because they made so many mistakes and cost me so much money.
All my friends how was with them all left because they are terrible.
My new account check my paper back 2 years and he told me they haven't done anything 2 years.
Plus I had penalty from HMRC because they haven't submitted my papers on time.
When I told them I'm leaving them, next day they didn't pick up the phone anymore to hand over to my new account.”
