Girl who work at bouncy castle she accuses us for skipping the queue which was not correct. They were unkindly told that we are not allowed the castle.
We had to called security , security even did not listen us take side by the rude girl.
Fun day turn out hard broken and upsetting time for whole family left 2 years old daughter in tears.
Rude staff , unprofessional management!!!”
