“Tea Dog is by far the best and easiest app out there. it;s near to impossible to find great DECAF TEA BAGS. especially what I like etc.. They sell out often and go on back order. At Tea Dog im able to get them and order in bulk. Smetimes they have a sale or a closeout which is great also.. This go round Tea Dog sent me a roll of tea biscuits as a gift which Ihave never tasted. That was a thoughtful treat and a really nice surprise.. Who does that.. I highly recomment they get a 10 not a 5 star in my book! Thanks TD”

“10/10, Amazing customer service! Amazon's dynamic pricing made the cost of my regular tea go through the roof, but im glad this happened because tea dog had the exact tea I needed and many more! The customer service was phenomenal! After I ordered the tea I originally came for, I found more that I had to have so I placed a second order (still cheaper than Amazon). But Teadog refunded me the shipping on one order and shipped them together! Customer service like this is rare! The new teas were super tasty and I can't wait to order many more!”

“I have been getting Irish Breakfast Tea for years now from Tea dog and have found their service to be very dependable. The Irish know how to produce a delicious tea. And, Tea Dog 🐶🐶 sells at the most reasonable prices I can find.☺️🤗”

“In my particular case; I had questions about one of the products I was trying to make a decision on (purchasing). I am just one of your customers. Only one of your emplyees in customer service know whether I required extra assistance (compared to other customers). I was unable to get the answer(s) I was seeking about the product (elsewhere) and inquired. Sales rep Lizzy was very patient with me as she did what was required to answer my questions. I thank her for her time and efforts.”

“As always, the Bewley’s Irish Breakfast tea starts my mornings off right, and the processing/shipping was improved from the last time I ordered. I also tried some Hurroughs Welsh Brew (paned gymreig), and that was very good as well! More of an afternoon tea for my taste. And also tried the delicious Hobnobs oaty cookies. Very tasty, reminds me of the cookie part of Girl Scout peanut butter sandwich cookies (but not as sugary sweet). Perfect nibbles as an accompaniment to Irish tea. Definitely plan to order these again.”

“Thompsons Irish tea is the best tasting tea in the world. Also I boil my water in a big mug in the microwave and the bags never break. A real time saver in the morning when I am craving my first cuppa.”

“Excellent Tea and Service from TeaDog. I purchased this for my friend from Belfast that loves this tea, and it will be a surprise for her. It was difficult to find at a decent price, but TeaDog has it (Punjauna tea) and I cannot wait to surprise her with it. Currently, a friend of hers in Ireland sends it to her, but maybe only One pack and not very often. Now I bought her three on TeaDog, so I hope it lasts her a little while! I received the items a few days ago, and it was packed very well. Yes, shipping did not take long either. Thank You TeaDog!!”
