“The tea has a very very light taste. It's very bland and they all taste really similar. I was excited to try the cardamom chai but it was poor. Very poor customer service too. No one has even bothered to reply to me.”

“I’ve sampled and tried many chai teas available in the UK and Tea India is by far the best I’ve tried, I love masala chai but have just discovered their ginger chai and turmeric chai - both are really delicious and I slept great after a bedtime drink of turmeric latte - if you like spices and tea, you’ll love this chai! Most brands are subtle flavours but tea India is full bodied tea with full flavour- absolutely bliss!”

“Nice chais although quite mild. I add some mixed spice and a cardamom pod and it’s very nice. My go to is the coconut chai. The Nilgiri is an authentic taste and I’ve been looking for this one for a while. Can’t fault the company for range, price and delivery.”

“Tea India was my favourite brand, and I was a regular buyer, but I am not sure after my recent order. The recent rebranding is terrible. Yes it looks pretty, but I just opened the Sleep tea and taste is totally different and has a weird aftertaste. This was my favourite tea. I used to drink it every night, but taste is subjective, someone else might like it. My biggest issue is that instead of 40 teabags now we have 20 teabags in a box and individually wrapped!?!? In 2021 you are still decide to do this wasteful thing? The earth is dying, but let's have more waste because it looks pretty!!! I would accept the fact that I have to pay the same price for half of the tea, but this made me really upset.”

“Love the teas but received one incorrect item in my order. I got a calm tea instead of a clarity tea. I was quickly refunded for the tea I didn't receive. Sadly, I really wanted to try the Clarity tea but to order it again I would have to pay to much with the postage added on for one item.”

“Absolutely love the products in the range that we have tried. My personal favourite is the Coconut Chai but have just purchased the Ginger Chai to try . Very good service. Would recommend.”
