Australia Post confirmed the return was delivered and picked up \u2014 but TechCart denies receiving it and refuses to refund.\r\nThey also issued a wrong invoice that caused me additional import tax costs.\r\nI\u2019ve submitted legal complaints to consumer authorities in Australia.\r\nAvoid this store at all costs \u2014 they do not honor returns or refunds."

"Order wasn't in stock apparently but showed it was when purchased on Dec 6, order was processing for 10 days, I sent an email to inquire what the wait was about, to be answered days later with a no stock update....you would think a quick refund is in order for the stuff around....been waiting over 20+ days for a refund since, been told my refund is a top priority multiple timed however it's not...service this company has provided is a joke...will have to dispute with PayPal in the end...worst company I have dealt with in years."
