“First battery purchased was as ordered and had been described correctly. However after charging the battery discharged vert quickly. E-mailed for a replacement (was offered a refund) as I needed a battery. This did not arrive and neither has the battery to replace it! Very poor.”

“I ordered a iPhone 5c battery over 2 weeks ago and asked for fast delivery. Few hours later had a email saying it had been dispatched. I have not received any item from the company. I have called and emailed loads of times and have had no answer or response. I do not recommend this company to anyone as it is very very bad service.”
