“Absolutely shocking, I order earphones and when they came only one earphone worked. I tried multiple times to contact the company but I never got through. I sent emails and tried ringing. Will be hearing from my lawyer.”

“First battery purchased was as ordered and had been described correctly. However after charging the battery discharged vert quickly. E-mailed for a replacement (was offered a refund) as I needed a battery. This did not arrive and neither has the battery to replace it! Very poor.”

“I ordered a iPhone 5c battery over 2 weeks ago and asked for fast delivery. Few hours later had a email saying it had been dispatched. I have not received any item from the company. I have called and emailed loads of times and have had no answer or response. I do not recommend this company to anyone as it is very very bad service.”

“Item no as described. Bought a so called ‘genuine’ iPhone 6 battery and it was not genuine at all although I was charged 5 x more than a copy battery”

“What a mess first I ordered a battery only to be told that the order had not gone through due to a glitch in the system but clearly there was a charge on the credit card this was then stopped and I was told to 're order so faithfully I did. The order this time went through but I never received the product so neither to say I will not be using techhere again if you could score a fat Zero that's what I would give a company who do not answer phones”

Hey Peter. Sorry again you didn't receive your order. We have not received it back to us so at a loss where it ended up. We did you refund you swiftly as per our policy and couldn't resend you as we were out of stock. If you want to try again, we have a payment after delivery option available again - so no risk to you whatsoever
