“What a mess first I ordered a battery only to be told that the order had not gone through due to a glitch in the system but clearly there was a charge on the credit card this was then stopped and I was told to 're order so faithfully I did. The order this time went through but I never received the product so neither to say I will not be using techhere again if you could score a fat Zero that's what I would give a company who do not answer phones”

“Ordered a replacement battery for a Samsung phone. The one that arrived was not compatible but it was not a problem for the company to take it back. The problem was with Royal Mail. TechHere were very understanding. Would not hesitate to use them if needed something else.”
