I'm a high net worth individual and will NEVER shop here again! I returned all my items beginning of Dec and still don't have a refund. Sent 3 emails and called 7 times. This company is going down the tube. It's disgusting how their operations are treating customers. Filing a complaint and fraud dispute with my credit card company now.

I have not received the refund on three items worth $1,300 I have returned over 3 months ago. No responses on numerous emails and phone calls from the customer service. It is unacceptable to exhibit such negligence in addressing customer concerns.

They do not even deserve one star. I ordered an item on December 18th and i still haven't received it and can't get in touch with anyone. Wish I had seen these reviews before I ordered as I thought Ted Baker was a reputable brand, the business is a con. I want my item or a refund but looks like i've been robbed of £90, beyond angry.
