            This has been a horrible buying experience.  I have been trying to return a purchase and can not get a response from this company and the link on their site is not working.  Going on two weeks. No one returns emails.  Horrible customer service.  I was going to exchange it, but after this experience I am done with them.

            Returned £600 worth of coats using there own returns label but was told the boxes where empty and I’m not entitled to a refund, I sent proof of postage showing the weights of the parcels but they won’t give me a refund, I am shocked at there awful returns proces

            Hidden charges in returns policy and nobody answering the phone. I would accept the returns charge, but I ordered the same size as always and the item was tiny.
I was going to exchange but changed my mind and asked for a refund. I would rather give my money to a company who prioritise customer service.
