This has been a horrible buying experience. I have been trying to return a purchase and can not get a response from this company and the link on their site is not working. Going on two weeks. No one returns emails. Horrible customer service. I was going to exchange it, but after this experience I am done with them.

Online returns portal doesn't work. Customer service number goes unanswered. Noreply email provided... How are you meant to return an online order?

Having very poor customer service from Ted Baker. Cannot get returns link sent by email - they say they send it - they don't!

Returned £600 worth of coats using there own returns label but was told the boxes where empty and I’m not entitled to a refund, I sent proof of postage showing the weights of the parcels but they won’t give me a refund, I am shocked at there awful returns proces

Hidden charges in returns policy and nobody answering the phone. I would accept the returns charge, but I ordered the same size as always and the item was tiny. I was going to exchange but changed my mind and asked for a refund. I would rather give my money to a company who prioritise customer service.
