“Horrible experience! Received wrong shirt. It had some random offensive wording. Filled out annoying claim that required uploading pictures of their mistake. PITA. They then review it and say they will refill the order, which they did. Except they sent me the same offensive tee shirt a second time. Have to go through same protracted claim process again, only this time I’m asking for a refund. Btw, quality of tee shirt and print was fair at best.”

“Looking like as the courier has ‘lost’ the parcel (courier has informed me that this is so via an official email) and is just stating on the tracking as in their system being processed. TeeChip have it out for delivery through tracking (& responded as so) and there it will stay for ever in their opinion. I’ve forwarded on the couriers email (as they said that I needed to contact the vendor to inform) but the ticket response I had from TeeChip (after I had to go through website - contact us & pick the option as to why you are) was closed and so I cannot get any response - TeeChip = received payment for product and delivery / Courier = received payment for delivery and haven't / Customer = paid for product and delivery & received NOTHING Avoid using this company as contact and customer service is shocking and they clearly dont care. Ironically they’ll probably get a refund for delivery in the end so WIN / WIN for TeeChip”

“I ordered two tee shirts. Took weeks to arrive, and they were wrong. No way to talk to a person. Chat only …told to fill out a form and upload pictures. REALLY. If I wanted a job I’d just get one. Worst response ever. What should have happened is the customer service rep who “chatted” with me should have sent a return label and credited my card. Not direct me to some random website and some convoluted process.”

“Quality is terrible & customer service even worse! I ordered a gift for my daughter and received wrong size & the print quality was so badly done. I couldn’t through to a person & Pay Pal was no help. I returned the tee shirt for a exchange and the address I received from Pay Pal was returned stating it was a wrong address. I ended up eating not only the cost of the shirt but $9.00 for shipping!!!”

“AVOID!! Hoody arrived, awful printing & cheap material, emailed them with the pics of item, & request to return for refund, they emailed reply of ‘keep it & a re print has been done! I declined a reprint & so they cancelled it but no mention of refund. Luckily did a PayPal dispute as they ignore all emails! They told PayPal I need to return for refund! Did this & return cost me £24.50!! PayPal only refund postage up to £15, in the end PayPal refunded but I was £10 down even tho that was the cheapest postage. Never again, cheap material, rubbish printing. Customer service is non complying so do not bother”

“Scammers. They send crappy product out then refuse to issue a refund for product that can’t be worn unless you pay to send it back. They need to be shut down!”

“TeeChip processed an order for www.famigifts.co, for a wind sculpture, for which FamiGifts posted an ad on Facebook claiming their produce was genuine with patents. Turns out the original artist is Anthony Howe, and FamiGifts was selling a knock off. Website says too late to cancel the order, even though they have not shipped out the product yet. Disputing the charge with my credit card company.”

“The website did double orders I tried to cancel order but they didn’t answer the phone or email. T-shirts are not true to size. If you need a large order a extra large. WOULD NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN.”

“Horrible quality product. I had ordered a premium quality t-shirt and after 1 was the image is already coming off. That should not be happening to a $40 t-shirt after only 1 wash. Customer support is just as bad. Felt like it was all automated since I received the exact same response with 3 different emails. They did. Not offer any kind of resolution at all since the product was past the 60 days from shipping. Took about a month to get here so I had about 30 days warranty. My fault for not wearing it immediately but bought it for a vacation. I would highly advise to stay away from these products. The quality is extremely poor. Same as buying a $2 shirt on wish.com”

“Awful print quality. They knowingly use stolen artwork. No refund possible. Their business model means no chance of a refund, even when the artwork is proved to be stolen from another artist and printed using a tiny jpeg from the artists' website. Disgraceful customer care - ended up stopping replaying when I pointed out the illegality of the product. Lost $40 and have nothing to show but some shiny toilet roll.”
