“The orders were responded to promptly. Unfortunately- perhaps because of postal strikes- 1 of my orders didn’t arrive and the tracking information was never updated. I contacted Emily who arranged for a replacement order which arrived quickly. The original arrived about a month after ordering and Emily was helpful about organising a return.

“Customer service would be 5*, Emily has been excellent and has helped me refund an item due to the size of it, unfortunately Teemill don't do sweatshirts for people who are 42-44" chest, which is the common L/XL size. Their L is 41" and XL 46". I ordered the XL and it was huge. The print was good and item was good in terms of warmth etc but it was massive.”

“My package was rejected at the post office and somehow got sent back. But the company reached out right away and confirmed address. They resent the package with upgraded delivery and it arrived within 3 days. Great service, very kind staff.”
“Placed my order in plenty of time (or so I thought) for Christmas delivery. Problems were with the delivery company/courier. When I emailed Teemill about the delay, they were helpful and kept me up-to-date with notifications and the money was refunded very quickly when I cancelled the order. I will be using them again.”
