After I ordered 2 T-shirts as a birthday present for my unwell uncle, I realised that I might not get them in time to give to him. Therefore, I quickly emailed The Wildlife Trust to ask if they could help to quicken the order.
Early this morning, Emily from Teemill, sent me an email to say that they had upgraded the order to a priority delivery at no extra cost! I am so pleased and relieved.

She immediately responded and without increasing the delivery charges upgraded my delivery. It arrived on time and the quality of the t-shirt is brilliant .
