“They have t-shirts promoting violence against women (terfs). You can also buy a shirt slandering JK Rowling. I do hope she sees this and takes action against a company that clearly has no respect for women.”
“I would give 0 stars if I could. Two of the three shirts I ordered had a problem. One had the logo off-center. After one wash on gentle with cold water, the other shirt lost large parts of the graphic on the front. I contacted customer support. They sent me an email asking for pictures and promised to make it right. I sent the pictures in and they did not reply. I reached out twice with no reply. Terrible experience. Beware!”
“ZERO RATING FOR TEEPUBLIC - THEY ARE CLOSING DOWN THE USERS ACCOUNTS WITHOUT 1 WEEK PRIOR NOTICE & NOT PROVIDING THE REASON FOR CLOSURES - PEOPLES ARE LOSING THEIR INTERNET - TIME - DESIGNING - ELECTRICITY”
“Spent a long time setting up a "store" as a designer only to be told before the ink was dry, that my designs were not what their customers would buy, without letting their customers make that decision. My store was unreachable and sent to the dark room. Received a scripted email saying they would not reconsider. Blah”
“This outfit does NOT stand behind its work. I got lousy items that were defective, and the company asked for photos and then disappeared. I had to get my credit card company involved, and even then no response. Do NOT pay for this stuff, because if the printing looks lousy, etc., you will never see a refund.”
“I recently ordered a t-shirt on Dec. 15th. My order confirmation stated processing time was included in the shipping estimate (8-12 business days). Although TeePublic's website shows the item was shipped on Dec. 22nd, it really was not; only a label was created. Per USPS website, the t shirt was not picked up from UPS until Dec. 26th.
At this time, USPS is still waiting to receive the package. At present, it is now approaching the 20 day mark in a few days.
Customer service will probably respond "Due to the holidays"...but this shirt was purchased 10 days before Christmas. Or, "Once an order leaves the third-party fulfiller, it's at the mercy of the shipping carrier"... there is no justification as to why it took 10 (not counting Christmas) days for the item to leave the seller. This wasn't some t shirt that required an imported dye from a foreign country.
I also contacted TeePublic via email and their rep Dragos offered no help beyond giving me tracking info I could have looked up myself, and telling me my package would arrive "soon".
So, if you are looking to order from TeePublic, understand that your shipping speed is not entirely "at the mercy of the shipping carrier". Their independent sellers have a lot to do with the shipping process too. It begins with them and it's hit or miss on how quickly you will receive your items. This is especially since they may use UPS Mail Innovations which is the slooooowest shipping method because it goes through UPS and then USPS.
Long story short, I will not be ordering from this business again.”
“They removed my account that took days to make. I have paid accounts to help with design templates and have writes to all of my work. Don’t trust them”
“The t shirts are so thin u can see light coming through them when u hold them up. Then, after the first wash the print was coming off! Good design ideas but done so so poorly!!”
“Poor quality T-shirts and if you order a group of products like a mug, a T-shirt, and a sticker from the same soccer team in Peru they'll send you the T-shirt but don't send you the mug or the sticker and when you complain their response is to pick something else out that's not available anymore...:, no mention of giving me my money back so I give them one star and buyer beware review”
“Wish I would have checked this place out and the bad reviews of others regarding bad quality of t shurts and basically a no return basis.
This company should not allow to be in business with such a terrible customer service I didn’t want to get them any review stars
Looking into legal procedures against this company. Too many dissatisfaction from customers to be allowed to operate.”
“So, ordered 5 shirts. And, up until they arrived, I was quite excited to get them.
So, there are no pros about these items.
Cons. The material is VERY thin. It's supposed to be t-shirt material. Instead it's more like undershirt material. Extremely thin.
The logs are all iron on's. Nothing is printed, just all cheap iron on's that'll just peel off after a few washes. I always wash my print shirts in cold water, cold rinse and always hang dry. That won't help these. These are guaranteed to peel fast. That's how cheap they are.
The sizing is just a disaster. All 5 shirts are different sizes. I wear an XL. So, I ordered XL's. Every shirt is off. They range from M to L. That's it. They crazy tight. And, after a wash they're just going to get tighter.
Avoid these guys. There is no quality control.
And something tells me getting a refund is going to be a nightmare.”
“Two times in a row t public has sent me a shirt that's drastically smaller than listed on their website. When contact customer service they argue with you, and expect you to be able to figure out there insane system of using third party providers that print on eight different styles of shirts... Meaning You never have any idea what kind of shirt it's going to come on or how big or small it is, what's the difference between classic and premium, as one provider cause a classic and another one thinks it's premium. You might as well run into Goodwill with your eyes closed and grab a random shirt because that's basically what you're getting from this company. Do not do business with them. Great concept but they lack so much control over the quality that you never know what you're going to get. I ordered a 3XL premium t-shirt and I got a completely crappy quality next level t-shirt that is 3 in smaller than a standard 3XL shirt... Meaning it's size gay.”
