“Not the company it once was. Order never arrived, so I contacted them. They responded with a photo of a package left on a completely different address. My second order shows "out for delivery" for the past three days. Customer service, and I use that term lightly, Only offers computerized, circular nonsense. I do want it reshipped because it won't get here, much like the last two orders. When you say you want your money back, they ghost you. There is something going on with these people. I'm beginning to doubt that they're actually shipping the packages. They no longer ship USPS and their new tracking looks faked. I'm going to have to file two cases with PayPal. looks like.”
“Horrible customer service. I ordered my T-shirt in November…and it’s STILL in the USA, so I highly doubt it will arrive by Christmas. This is a Christmas present, but when I’ve reached out for help I’ve been fobbed off that ‘it’s Christmas’….well don’t advertise that my item is ‘guaranteed to arrive by Christmas then!”
“I ordered 1 tee just to give them an honest chance... they asked me for an immediate review given enough time to recive the product. I didn't even have a chance to wear and wash the tee as it was for a special occasion. On receiving, I felt the ink was too thin and that I would get back to them after the 1st wash. ... I'm happy with the print, size, delivery time.
Now, I try to log in to purchase several tees and the site won't let me log in tho I keep getting promo emails.
What's up? Don't you people like to make a profit?”
“I'm trying to get them to stop allowing illegal copyright infringement for products bearing original iconography/artwork of Saint John Coltrane of the St. John Coltrane African Orthodox Church. They are difficult to deal with. Would not recommend.”
“The artist reused artwork designed for a different purpose. Thus the image was printed very small so it wasn’t as noticeable. The print quality was atrocious. TeePublic did nothing to assist in the matter, not even offering a discount to replace the shirt, which I was embarrassed to gift as was intended. Instead just went in the trash. So much for the “guarantee.” As a warning, the shirt was from Jeneralarts. But the policy was all TeePublic. I would recommend staying away from the entire company.”
“I used to buy a lot from TeePublic however recently I placed an order and paid extra for two "premium" shirts but the shirts I received were absolutely terrible. I've bought $5 shirts from Wal-Mart that were better quality. Their customer service told me that their vendor (the company that actually prints and fulfills their orders) has decided to use a different supplier for their blank shirts and there is nothing TeePublic can do. At least they refunded my money..”
“The quality of the shirts suddenly dropped from great to below average. Not sure if it’s because of tariffs or they are trying to save money. I tried interacting with their ‘customer service’ and got the same first response from 4-5 different people after I replied. I gave up. Won’t be buying any more shirts there.”
“Ordered something the wrong color and less than 24 hours I just wanted to make a color change before they printed anything and their response was no we don't do any modifications they are as they are on the website and that's final. I've never had a company response to me in that fashion I can understand if they already printed it and it was on its way but that wasn't the case so very disappointed and I will steer clear from this company forever and will tell others as well. Oh and they said if I wanted I can return it when I arrives at my house as if I want to pay for that extra nonsense”
“Courier (Hermes) delivered to wrong address with no proof of delivery. Impossible to contact TeePublic other than by totally useless A.I. Bot. Lost my goods, lost my money.”
“NEVER AGAIN! The two t-shirts I ordered will not arrive by Christmas. I followed the deadlines posted in the email I received. Then was accused by their customer service agent, Charlie, that I didn't choose the right shipping method, so too bad for me. This "agent" turned out to be a bot, but they didn't ID him as such, which is shady and frustrating AF. I just received a message from an actual customer service manager, Natalia, lecturing me about sending another message before receiving a reply from an agent when I had no clue Charlie is their frigging bot. Come ON! AVOID AVOID AVOID! My gifts for my dad will not arrive by Christmas Day, though they've been sitting in a nearby warehouse for a week. F this company!”
“Two of the three shirts I TeePublic CUSTOMER SE.RVICE +1 8O5-41O 56.OO PHone.NUMBERordered had a problem. One had the logo off-center. After one wash on gentle with cold water, the other shirt lost large parts of the graphic on the front. I contacted customer support. They sent me an email asking for pictures and promised to make it right. I sent the pictures in and they did not reply. I reached out twice with no reply. Terrible experience.”
“Good quality shirts
Good quality shirts, true to size! Exactly as ordered and delivered time! Not over priced.
Hugh selection, something for everyone. I LOVE SNOOPY! ❤️”
“They have t-shirts promoting violence against women (terfs). You can also buy a shirt slandering JK Rowling. I do hope she sees this and takes action against a company that clearly has no respect for women.”
“I would give 0 stars if I could. Two of the three shirts I ordered had a problem. One had the logo off-center. After one wash on gentle with cold water, the other shirt lost large parts of the graphic on the front. I contacted customer support. They sent me an email asking for pictures and promised to make it right. I sent the pictures in and they did not reply. I reached out twice with no reply. Terrible experience. Beware!”
