“I used to buy a lot from TeePublic however recently I placed an order and paid extra for two "premium" shirts but the shirts I received were absolutely terrible. I've bought $5 shirts from Wal-Mart that were better quality. Their customer service told me that their vendor (the company that actually prints and fulfills their orders) has decided to use a different supplier for their blank shirts and there is nothing TeePublic can do. At least they refunded my money..”
“The quality of the shirts suddenly dropped from great to below average. Not sure if it’s because of tariffs or they are trying to save money. I tried interacting with their ‘customer service’ and got the same first response from 4-5 different people after I replied. I gave up. Won’t be buying any more shirts there.”
“Ordered something the wrong color and less than 24 hours I just wanted to make a color change before they printed anything and their response was no we don't do any modifications they are as they are on the website and that's final. I've never had a company response to me in that fashion I can understand if they already printed it and it was on its way but that wasn't the case so very disappointed and I will steer clear from this company forever and will tell others as well. Oh and they said if I wanted I can return it when I arrives at my house as if I want to pay for that extra nonsense”
“Courier (Hermes) delivered to wrong address with no proof of delivery. Impossible to contact TeePublic other than by totally useless A.I. Bot. Lost my goods, lost my money.”
“NEVER AGAIN! The two t-shirts I ordered will not arrive by Christmas. I followed the deadlines posted in the email I received. Then was accused by their customer service agent, Charlie, that I didn't choose the right shipping method, so too bad for me. This "agent" turned out to be a bot, but they didn't ID him as such, which is shady and frustrating AF. I just received a message from an actual customer service manager, Natalia, lecturing me about sending another message before receiving a reply from an agent when I had no clue Charlie is their frigging bot. Come ON! AVOID AVOID AVOID! My gifts for my dad will not arrive by Christmas Day, though they've been sitting in a nearby warehouse for a week. F this company!”
“Two of the three shirts I TeePublic CUSTOMER SE.RVICE +1 8O5-41O 56.OO PHone.NUMBERordered had a problem. One had the logo off-center. After one wash on gentle with cold water, the other shirt lost large parts of the graphic on the front. I contacted customer support. They sent me an email asking for pictures and promised to make it right. I sent the pictures in and they did not reply. I reached out twice with no reply. Terrible experience.”
“Good quality shirts
Good quality shirts, true to size! Exactly as ordered and delivered time! Not over priced.
Hugh selection, something for everyone. I LOVE SNOOPY! ❤️”
“They have t-shirts promoting violence against women (terfs). You can also buy a shirt slandering JK Rowling. I do hope she sees this and takes action against a company that clearly has no respect for women.”
“I would give 0 stars if I could. Two of the three shirts I ordered had a problem. One had the logo off-center. After one wash on gentle with cold water, the other shirt lost large parts of the graphic on the front. I contacted customer support. They sent me an email asking for pictures and promised to make it right. I sent the pictures in and they did not reply. I reached out twice with no reply. Terrible experience. Beware!”
“ZERO RATING FOR TEEPUBLIC - THEY ARE CLOSING DOWN THE USERS ACCOUNTS WITHOUT 1 WEEK PRIOR NOTICE & NOT PROVIDING THE REASON FOR CLOSURES - PEOPLES ARE LOSING THEIR INTERNET - TIME - DESIGNING - ELECTRICITY”
“Spent a long time setting up a "store" as a designer only to be told before the ink was dry, that my designs were not what their customers would buy, without letting their customers make that decision. My store was unreachable and sent to the dark room. Received a scripted email saying they would not reconsider. Blah”
“This outfit does NOT stand behind its work. I got lousy items that were defective, and the company asked for photos and then disappeared. I had to get my credit card company involved, and even then no response. Do NOT pay for this stuff, because if the printing looks lousy, etc., you will never see a refund.”
