“I am appalled and disgusted by the service. I paid for my full course with the agreement I could complete a free course initially. I unfortunately suffered a mental health related issue and although most of my pieces of work were completed I was unable to complete all sections in the specified timeframe and I was advised I could no longer continue.
I paid a lot of money for my course and as I didn't complete the free course I could not move onto the next part of the course (which was paid for).
I was unsatisfied but was unable to get a refund of the amount paid or continue to study. There was no option of extension.
I was severely disappointed and would never recommend a course by ITTT to anyone.”

Not sure what your Number 1 section Overall Review above refers to, so I put the lowest rating due to the fact that the product sold to me (the TEFL course) proved utterly useless.
One thing the TEFL course people did not tell me of course, was that ageism is rife here in Thailand. So, even if you are a fluent English speaker (an Englishman), who has a degree in Mathematics, who is a fantastic communicator, and who is great with kids, then you won't stand a chance in getting a teaching job ... because you are just too damn old.
