Terrible service- flowers eventually arrived a full week late, missing the birthday! Extremely difficult to talk, chat or communicate with by email. Flowers were nice when they arrived but no apology or compensation for being a full week late and missing the birthday occasion plus the order was placed 2 days in advance of requested delivery date! Shameful!

A so called bouquet of 2 sticks of half dead flowers were able to be picked UP one week too late. Recipient was home, but still just found a card in the mail box, saying no delivery possible. So the flowers were in a box for a week and then looked like someone had changed flowers and left a cheap 2 stick excuse. I wrote to customer service twice to complain, but no answer. I will never use them again.

Flower never arrived. Messages never answered. No one answers to phone. Stay Away and used Interflora or other legit well established flower delivery companies. Euroflorist was used by a relative who istook it for Interflora....

I received an email stating that they had attempted delivery at 9.

"Next day delivery" means 4 days. Flowers sat 4 days in that box, there's no way they will be revived and look as good and fresh as If they're delivered on time.

After placing the order, I received a confirmation that the order was successfully accepted and further information about the delivery will be sent by SMS on the day of delivery.

A scam. Paid 90 euros for flowers to be delivered in Belgium for a birthday. There was no delivery, and they are not willing to refund the money.
