“ Delivery takes longer than Amazon, but often prices are lower for the exact same item (same brand and all). ”

“ I was looking for an alternative to Amazon but Temu is not it. Costs are a little bit less, but delivery is a longer and returns are pain. I have received more damaged or defective goods from Temu in six months than I have with 15 years of Amazon. When you do a search, they throw everything at you. Amazon does this too, but Temu is way worse. I still use Temu, but only for low cost items that if they are damaged I just throw them away. ”

“ Have used Temu for appx 6months. Very happy so far with the quality, style of the garments bought and the time taken from placing orders to delivery. I have not need to return anything so have no experience of that. Would recommend Temu. ”
