“ I ordered several items from this company. The order came late and several items were damaged or missing parts. I returned the items for a refund but was denied said refund as temu said they didn't receive the returns even though I have a receipt from Canada post. After several unsuccessful emails the company ghosted me. Next step small claims court. Buyer beware. ”
