They are terrible - do not buy from them, if you need to return they ignore you and have no customer service. They have a faulty return label service and do not reply to emails. I have paid £40 in postage so far and they want to charge me another £20 on a £55 pair of trainers. TERRIBLE

leuke aanbiedingen, waardeloze service. Slecht bereikbare klantenservice. Twee nieuwe rackets gekocht bespannen door tennispoint ter waarde van 70 euro. Na bijna 2 weken wachten ontvangen en ronduit waardeloos bespannen. Niveautje visnet. Gemeld als klacht en gestrand in de procesmolen. Voor mij niet meer.

Returns online service not working and you don’t reply to any emails now I have trainers worth €119 which are no good to me. wouldn’t buy again off this company and would not recommend, should have looked at reviews before I bought can see you have a lot of unhappy customers with your service
