They are terrible - do not buy from them, if you need to return they ignore you and have no customer service. They have a faulty return label service and do not reply to emails. I have paid £40 in postage so far and they want to charge me another £20 on a £55 pair of trainers. TERRIBLE

leuke aanbiedingen, waardeloze service. Slecht bereikbare klantenservice. Twee nieuwe rackets gekocht bespannen door tennispoint ter waarde van 70 euro. Na bijna 2 weken wachten ontvangen en ronduit waardeloos bespannen. Niveautje visnet. Gemeld als klacht en gestrand in de procesmolen. Voor mij niet meer.

I bought some Asics shoes from them. Short of two weeks there was a tear in them not near a seam or anything. Best they could do is tell me to ship them back and get store credit. So I'm out the shoes and the time to ship back and forth. No thanks. It makes sites like Amazon so much better when you have to deal with customer service like this.
