“Do not use this company. They measured the carpet incorrectly twice. The fitters were working at lighting speed in order to finish the job as quickly as they could. They yanked open our window to get the carpet in without asking our permission to enter our property this way. The window is now permanently damaged. They scuffed our newly painted walls. They installed too thin grippers causing trip hazards and had to return again to fit proper wide enough grippers. Less than a year later and the carpet is fraying and unraveling. We regret ever setting foot into a Tapi branch and will never be doing so again. Avoid this cowboy outfit.”
