Very poor customer service very poor service and if you want to use someone of their product like mobile or credit card the one I have you're gonna be stuck you ll never be able to use it it's gonna be blocked for 2-3 weeks without any reason

Whereas an online application will give a near instant decision , 15 minutes later the phone service advised me it would take a week for an answer and over two week for the funds if accepted .
