“insurance companys should state that they require proof of no claims discount before you comit to buy not afterwards it can be very time consuming”

“Used quotelinedirect, they requested proof of no claims, which was sent and lost by them, then phoned me to advise me that my insurance was void, I then advised them of there errors and it was rectified.. Poor communication in there side.”
