"Trip to A&E due to Tesco\u2019s negligence:\n\nSpent 3 hours in A&E following my wife drinking a reduced beer from Tesco and possibly ingesting small glass shards which were in the packaging and on the product. \n\nBounced from pillar to post when tried to raise this as a concern with them, offered \u00a33.15 refund and fobbed off. I am not after a refund or compensation, I just want to raise awareness about this and for some action to be taken as it could have been much much worse.\n\nRef: 13095773"
