“Not impressed at all with the Customer Service and just general attitude of staff. Apparently, when you order White, Cream is an acceptable substitute. DO NOT order the white backdrop as you will be severely disappointed. Although we ordered the white backdrop and actually received cream, this company is not prepared to rectify their mistakes and instead we are left to deal with this mess. Spoke to a very rude man who did not seem to want to help me with the issue I had. Will not be buying from Tetenal again and will definitely not be recommending to anyone.”
